Agree the work from the written quotation
Know which roof area, materials and price you are agreeing to. Keep Adam's written quotation beside the inspection photographs and have any unfamiliar component explained before accepting the work.
Receiving the free quotation leaves you free to decide whether to commission the proposed work. Once the scope is agreed, no deposit is required. Payment is due at completion of the job, with the agreed description of the work remaining the reference for what has been commissioned.
Follow progress and any newly exposed defect
Follow the work above your rooms through daily photographs and videos. Adam records newly exposed defects and explains any proposed change before agreement, keeping the reason visible beside your original quotation.
Emergency attendance and immediate protective work need their charges and scope discussed when you call. The free inspection and written quote offer does not set the terms of an emergency visit. Call 01280 732500 with the active problem so Adam can explain the proposed attendance.
Workmanship and manufacturer guarantees
Keep the guarantees with your completed-work record: all work carries our 10-year workmanship guarantee, and GRP systems have a separate 25-year manufacturer guarantee. Adam explains the details alongside your specification.
The fully insured business undertakes insurance roofing work, providing photographs and a written description for your records. Decisions about an insurance claim remain with the insurer.
