Adam Lee
Owner and director, Stormshield Home Improvements Ltd, Buckingham
Adam learned the trade in his father's roofing business and worked on industrial roofs in Canada. He inspects and quotes every job himself, photographs what he finds, and leads a fully insured team of 5 to 8 roofers.
A trade learned on his father’s roofs
You deal with the roofer who quotes your job: Adam learned in his father's roofing business and worked on industrial roofs in Canada. His inspection photographs explain the work before you commit to a price.
He leads a fully insured team of 5 to 8 expert roofers, including Ben, and keeps the quoting responsibility himself. The job starts with photographs showing the roof’s condition and a written description of the repair. During work, daily photos and videos show the progress, so the detail above your ceiling stays visible throughout the job.
Clear commitments, with named people
Adam quotes every job
The person explaining your price has examined the roof himself. His photographs make the proposed repair visible, with the materials and work described in writing.
5 to 8 roofers
Adam leads the roofing team and Ben is one of its members. The OX16 Checkatrade review specifically records roofing work carried out by Ben.
10 years of workmanship cover
All work carries our 10-year workmanship guarantee. GRP fibreglass systems also have a separate 25-year manufacturer guarantee, distinct from the promise covering the installation.
No deposit before work
You choose the job after considering the written proposal, without a deposit to hand over. The agreed work is paid for when it has been completed.
The inspections and communication customers describe
Hired Adam from Storm Shield roofing to replace my roof. Adam himself and his team did an excellent job the roof looks great! All my questions were answered they left no mess when they left I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
The communications with Adam were excellent. The work was arranged quickly and carried out by Ben to a high standard. Would heartily recommend this company.
Initially keen to get the work - went out of his way to visit the site. Pleasant demeanour and went about the work diligently. Made a good job of the roof, and cleaned everything when the task was completed. The cost was mid-range of the three quotes I got.
